Outplacement support provided by Access Career Solutions Inc. is designed to assist & facilitate the process of employee separation. It provides the employee with company paid transition and job placement assistance. Each outplacement support session is uniquely designed to be the most beneficial for our candidates – focusing on areas in which they need the most support. Candidates are provided with an Outplacement Package which includes – current resume and information to assist them in obtaining gainful employment. On site assistance is also available at your request.
