Job Information

This position requires the employee to act as the direct liaison and support between designer, client, subcontractor, construction team and supplier.

Our prime goal is to have employees who will work to support our customer base and support and further the company goals and manage our brand.

Expertise and Skills

  • Understanding of customer service
  • Customer service friendly with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in ability to operate the following programs is preferred:
    • Auto cad
    • Vector Works
    • Survey Equipment and Process
    • 3D software for illustrative purposes
    • Sketch-up
    • Outlook
    • Microsoft Word
    • Excel
  • Valid G license, own personal transportation, and current and valid insurance



  • Work towards achieving all company goals
  • Assist with effective, efficient and timely production of:

Base Plans – site measuring and analysis

Participation in design development, design revisions

Detail & permit drawings

Preparation of concept, presentations and construction documents to aid in the service and sale of design and construction

Preparation of perspective and 3D drawings

Preparation of construction packages for client including detailed design choices such as product and material choices

Preparation of construction packages required by the crews and subcontractors to build the jobs

  • Provide back up assistance when required
    • Answering of phones
    • Booking client appointments
    • Conduct research on governing bodies that will effect both design and construction
    • Documentation of all aspects of jobs and relationships with clients, subcontractors, staff, and suppliers to ensure a trail of events can be followed
    • Input to development and management of new methods to improve productivity, streamlining of process and overall profitability
