Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English)

Our client is a well-established manufacturer of fastening solutions, providing solutions and products to clients across a wide range of industries around the world. In fact, you may have used one of their well-known and widely-used products today! With 11 international locations, this ISO-certified organization is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Professional to join their team in their Brampton plant.

In this role, you will provide verbal and written support and service to industrial clients across Canada. You will act as the first point of contact for inquiries from customers and the manufacturing team, and will play a key role in ensuring that all orders are handled smoothly from quoting, to order entry/processing, to shipment, and will handle all internal and external follow-up activities required to ensure a job well done.

Qualifications:
-Post-secondary education.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Able to communicate effectively in both languages with customers by phone, email or fax.
-2+ years working in a business-to-business (B2B) customer service capacity within a manufacturing, production or distribution environment is required.
-Familiarity with ISO standards (or related quality management system).
-Strong organizational and time management skills, and an exceptional attention to detail.
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with strong keyboarding skills.

This is a permanent, full-time, career-oriented opportunity with a cohesive team, offering salary, benefits, and a pension plan. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
